Governor outlines weekly schedule including events abroad and local engagements

COLUMBIA, S.C. – Gov. Henry McMaster, Lt. Gov. Pamela S. Evette, and First Lady Peggy McMaster have outlined their schedules for the week of July 1, 2024.

On Tuesday, July 2 at 10:00 AM, Gov. McMaster and First Lady Peggy McMaster will attend a service for Richland County Sheriff's Office K-9 Wick at Riverland Hills Baptist Church in Irmo, S.C.

On Wednesday, July 3 at 11:00 AM, Gov. McMaster will hold a press conference to discuss budget vetoes at the State House in Columbia, S.C.

On Thursday, July 4 at 9:30 AM, Lt. Gov. Evette will participate in the Lexington County Peach Festival Parade in Gilbert, S.C.

Gov. Henry McMaster's schedule for June 23-30 included participation in an economic development mission trip to Germany.

On Sunday, June 23:

1:00 PM and 7:00 PM - Policy meetings.

On Monday, June 24:

10:30 AM - Visit to the Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe.

12:30 PM - Attendance at the Tag der Industrie (TDI) Conference.

3:15 PM to 3:40 PM - Economic development meetings.

4:30 PM - Keynote speech and panel discussion at TDI Conference.

7:30 PM - Hosted dinner with key German companies involved with South Carolina operations.

On Tuesday, June 25:

3:30 PM - Visit to BMW Headquarters in Munich.

7:00 PM - Policy meeting.

On Wednesday, June 26:

11:30 AM - Visit to Volkswagen Headquarters in Wolfsburg.

1:59 PM to 3:30 PM - Series of policy calls with South Carolina officials.

7:15 PM - Policy meeting.

Finally on Sunday, June 30:

2:45 PM - Speech at the annual First Baptist Carolina Celebration of Liberty event held at First Baptist Church of Columbia.
