Casting Cleaning Resources (CCR), a company specializing in casting cleaning services, has announced plans to expand its operations in Greenwood County, South Carolina. This development involves a $5 million investment that is expected to generate 42 new jobs while maintaining the current workforce.
The company, which was founded in Indiana in 1992, established its Greenwood County facility in 2019. CCR provides industrial casting cleaning services and post-mold services for foundries. As part of the expansion, CCR will relocate its operations from Hodges to a larger facility at 104 Stoneridge Court in Greenwood. The new standalone facility measures 56,120 square feet and will enhance the company's production capacity. The operations at this location are anticipated to begin in January 2025.
