Nova Molecular Technologies (Nova), a high-purity solvents manufacturer, has announced a significant expansion of its operations in Sumter County, South Carolina. The company's $23.75 million investment will lead to the creation of 20 new jobs. CEO Chris Adams expressed gratitude for the partnership with Sumter Economic Development and support from local and state government partners, stating, "It allows us to move into our next phase of expansion in Sumter that supports our long-term growth objectives."

Governor Henry McMaster congratulated Nova on their expansion, calling it "a tremendous win for Sumter County and the state as a whole." Secretary of Commerce Harry M. Lightsey III highlighted the company's commitment to South Carolina, stating, "We look forward to watching this innovative company continue to thrive here for years to come."

Speaker of the S.C. House of Representatives Murrell Smith Jr. praised Nova's investment in Sumter County, noting that it will fuel further economic development and strengthen the foundation of the thriving county. South Carolina Commissioner of Agriculture Hugh Weathers commended Nova for creating high-tech, highly skilled jobs and supporting the agribusiness industry.

Sumter County Council Chairman James McCain expressed appreciation for Nova's contribution to the industrial family of Sumter County, emphasizing the investment and additional jobs created by the expansion. McCain stated, "Congratulations, we look forward to our continued partnership."

Nova Molecular Technologies' expansion in Sumter County marks a significant milestone for the company and the region.
