Mesa Land Services, a company specializing in easement acquisition and title search solutions, is setting up its first operation in Charleston County. This $1.3 million investment is expected to generate 24 new jobs.

The company's new facility, located at 1459 Stuart Englas Blvd. in Mount Pleasant, will serve as both the headquarters and main office. Operations are already underway, and those interested in employment opportunities can visit Mesa Land Services' careers page.

Governor Henry McMaster commented on the development: "Mesa Land Services' decision to establish its first operation in Charleston County is a strong addition to our thriving business landscape.
