Registration includes HACCP Certificate of Completion from the Association of Food and Drug Officials (AFDO), Electronic Hazard Guide, and electronic course handouts. Once you register, emails will be sent to provide additional details on how the course will be presented virtually. IMPORTANT: This is a Segment 2 workshop and requires the completion of Segment 1 online training. Segment 1 must be completed no later than December 7, 2022, in order for documentation to be processed.
Proof of Segment One completion is required for attendance.
