North Charleston home prices rise in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in North Charleston rose by $9,250 while total sales decreased by 30.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were 50 homes sold, with a median sale price of $161,750 - a 6.1% increase over the $152,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 72 homes sold in North Charleston in July 2018.
