Gov. Henry McMaster, Lt. Gov. Pamela S. Evette, and First Lady Peggy McMaster have a busy schedule for the week of December 16, 2024. On Monday, December 16 at 10:00 AM, Governor McMaster participated in a press conference celebrating the protection of Snow's Island at Odell Venters Landing in Johnsonville, South Carolina.

Reflecting on the previous week's activities from December 9, Governor McMaster engaged in various meetings and events. On Monday, he addressed the Coordinating Council for Workforce Development in Columbia and later presented the Order of the Palmetto to William "Billy" Gibson at the Governor’s Office. He also held multiple policy meetings throughout the day before hosting an annual Christmas Open House with First Lady Peggy McMaster at the Governor’s Mansion.

On Tuesday, December 10, he presided over a State Fiscal Accountability Authority meeting and met with a fellow constitutional officer and constituents in his office. That day also included presenting another Order of the Palmetto to Charlie Davis and discussions with a member of the South Carolina House of Representatives.

Wednesday was reserved for policy discussions at 11:00 AM. Thursday saw Gov. McMaster joining Six Flags officials and York County representatives for a press conference regarding I-77 Exit 90 developments at Carowinds Theme Park in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Saturday involved a policy call scheduled for early afternoon, while Sunday concluded with a constituent call.
