Slow Flow Yoga

Enjoy the company of others while practicing yoga safely from a sitting position.  You don't need to be shape, just have an open mind.  There are many benefits that come from chair and slow flow yoga.  It improves your circulation, flexibility, balancing while reducing joint pain and stress.
