COLUMBIA, S.C. – Gov. Henry McMaster, Lt. Gov. Pamela S. Evette, and First Lady Peggy McMaster’s schedules for the week of July 29 include the following:

From Sunday, July 28 to Wednesday, July 31, Lt. Gov. Evette will attend the Republican Lieutenant Governors Association meeting at Grove Park Inn, located at 290 Macon Avenue in Asheville, N.C.

On Thursday, August 1 at 9:15 AM, Lt. Gov. Evette is scheduled to speak at the S.C. Veterans Business Outreach Center’s 2nd Annual Women’s Entrepreneurship Summit in Bastin Hall Atrium at 89 Hagood Avenue in Charleston, S.C.

Later that day on August 1 at 11:30 AM, she will address the Rotary Club of West Ashley at Bessinger's BBQ Banquet Room on 1602 Savannah Highway in Charleston.

At 2:30 PM on August 1, Gov. McMaster will join representatives from the South Carolina Department of Social Services, the South Carolina Department of Veterans Affairs, and the U.S. Department of Defense along with other community partners to announce the launch of the Military Child Care in Your Neighborhood-PLUS program at the Welcome Center at Shaw-Sumter Farm located at 3495 Millgrove Lane in Dalzell, S.C.

Gov. Henry McMaster’s schedule for July 22 included:

On Monday, July 22:

- Office hours were held by Gov. McMaster in his office on the first floor of State House located at 1100 Gervais Street in Columbia.

- Policy meetings were conducted throughout the afternoon.

- At 4:30 PM he presented the Order of the Palmetto to Philip Byrd on the first floor of State House.

On Tuesday, July 23:

- A policy meeting was held at 4:30 PM.

On Wednesday, July 24:

- Office hours continued.

- Meetings with various agencies and a member of the South Carolina House of Representatives took place throughout the day.

- Economic development and policy meetings were also part of his schedule.

On Thursday, July 25:

- A call with a fellow governor occurred at 11:45 AM.

- Economic development meetings and calls were held during the afternoon.

On Friday, July 26:

- An economic development meeting took place early morning.

- At Plyler Park located at North Ocean Boulevard in Myrtle Beach he joined Darlington Raceway to highlight an upcoming event.

- In Greenville that evening he spoke at an award gala hosted by South Carolina Troopers Association.

On Saturday, July 27:

- He attended and spoke during a funeral service for Mr. John W. Parris presenting flags on behalf of South Carolina held at First Baptist Church located on Hampton Street in Columbia.
