McLeod Foundation Announces Third Annual Jockeys and Juleps Fundraiser | McLeod Health
Little River, SC—March 10, 2023— The McLeod Foundation benefitting the McLeod Center for Cancer Treatment and
Research located at McLeod Health Seacoast announces its third annual Jockeys and Juleps fundraiser presented by
MagMutual. This Kentucky Derby themed event will be held on Saturday, May 13, 2023, at The Venue at White Oaks
Farm in Longs, SC. The monies raised will directly impact the lives of cancer patients throughout the region who
receive care at McLeod Health Seacoast.
The McLeod Center for Cancer Treatment and Research can assist oncology patients who have financial barriers with services like transportation to and from medical appointments, medications, nutritional supplements and other essentials needed for cancer treatment.
Jockeys and Juleps will feature a signature cocktail and highlight an elegant menu.
Guests are invited to don their finest Derby attire and participate in a “People’s Choice” hat and bowtie contest. Photographs will be provided as a keepsake to remember the festive occasion.
