We listened! By popular demand, we've added a Gentle Yoga and Meditation class on Tuesday, February 28th at 1:30pm at the Hampton Memorial Library in Easley. This class combines gentle poses with meditation for a relaxing and enriching experience. Yogis of all levels are welcome. Mats and props will be provided for those who do not have their own, but please bring one if you can.
