The third quarter of 2021: Home prices in Isle of Palms increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Isle of Palms rose by $82,000 while total sales decreased by 60.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 45 homes sold, with a median sale price of $862,000 - a 10.5% increase over the $780,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 115 homes sold in Isle of Palms in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Isle of Palms for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $6,302, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
