Median home prices in Seabrook Island rose to $577,000 in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Seabrook Island rose by $180,250 while total sales decreased by 56.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 47 homes sold, with a median sale price of $577,000 - a 45.4% increase over the $396,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 108 homes sold in Seabrook Island in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Seabrook Island for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,566, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
