Home prices decreased in Sullivan's Island during the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Sullivan's Island fell by $1,737,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $562,500 - a 75.5% decrease over the $2,300,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Sullivan's Island in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Sullivan's Island for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $9,160, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
