What happened to the median home price in Laurel Park during the third quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Laurel Park rose by $166,000 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $526,000 - a 46.1% increase over the $360,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Laurel Park in the third quarter of 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Laurel Park for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,656, approximately 0.3% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
