Rising home prices in Cedar Springs in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Cedar Springs rose by $80,000 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $389,000 - a 25.9% increase over the $309,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Cedar Springs in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Cedar Springs for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,093, approximately 0.3% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
