Pricing for the median home in Long Branch Estates increased during the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Long Branch Estates rose by $71,000 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $330,000 - a 27.4% increase over the $259,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Long Branch Estates in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Long Branch Estates for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,144, approximately 0.3% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
