The third quarter of 2021: Home prices in Church Creek increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Church Creek rose by $59,750 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $319,250 - a 23% increase over the $259,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Church Creek in the third quarter of 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Church Creek for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,105, approximately 0.3% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
