Chesterfield median home prices fell by 32.7% in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Chesterfield fell by $145,500 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $300,000 - a 32.7% decrease over the $445,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Chesterfield in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Chesterfield for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,584, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
