What happened to the median home price in Adams Run during the third quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Adams Run rose by $11,250 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $204,250 - a 5.8% increase over the $193,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Adams Run in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Adams Run for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $885, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
