September 2021: Home prices in Folly Beach increased

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Folly Beach rose by $375,005 while total sales decreased by 84.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,025,000 - a 57.7% increase over the $649,995 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Folly Beach in September 2020.
