Isle of Palms home prices rose in September 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Isle of Palms rose by $260,000 while total sales decreased by 71.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $947,500 - a 37.8% increase over the $687,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Isle of Palms in September 2020.
