Kiawah Island median home prices rose by 2.2% in September 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Kiawah Island rose by $13,000 while total sales decreased by 67.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $600,000 - a 2.2% increase over the $587,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 37 homes sold in Kiawah Island in September 2020.

The median sales tax in Kiawah Island for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $9,591, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for September 2021.
