Rising home prices in Mount Pleasant in September 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Mount Pleasant rose by $100,000 while total sales decreased by 64.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were 89 homes sold, with a median sale price of $525,000 - a 23.5% increase over the $425,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 252 homes sold in Mount Pleasant in September 2020.
