September 2021: Home prices in Hollywood fell

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Hollywood fell by $221,250 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $230,000 - a 49% decrease over the $451,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Hollywood in September 2020.

The median sales tax in Hollywood for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,344, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for September 2021.
