North Charleston home prices rose in September 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in North Charleston rose by $28,250 while total sales decreased by 51.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were 60 homes sold, with a median sale price of $218,750 - a 14.8% increase over the $190,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 123 homes sold in North Charleston in September 2020.

The median sales tax in North Charleston for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $821, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for September 2021.
