The first quarter of 2021: Home prices in Marvin increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Marvin rose by $312,500 while total sales remained unchanged with 14 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $830,000 - a 60.4% increase over the $517,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Marvin in the first quarter of 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Marvin for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,484, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2021.
