Rising home prices in Mount Pleasant in August 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2021 in Mount Pleasant rose by $67,500 while total sales decreased by 42.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2021, there were 122 homes sold, with a median sale price of $522,500 - a 14.8% increase over the $455,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 211 homes sold in Mount Pleasant in August 2020.

The median sales tax in Mount Pleasant for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,817, approximately 0.3% of the median home sale price for August 2021.
