July 2021: Home prices in Isle of Palms increased

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Isle of Palms rose by $83,500 while total sales decreased by 47.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $881,000 - a 10.5% increase over the $797,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in Isle of Palms in July 2020.

The median sales tax in Isle of Palms for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $6,302, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for July 2021.
