Folly Beach median home prices fell by 4.8% in July 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Folly Beach fell by $31,500 while total sales decreased by 76.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $618,500 - a 4.8% decrease over the $650,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Folly Beach in July 2020.

The median sales tax in Folly Beach for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,829, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for July 2021.
