July 2021: Mount Pleasant experienced a 21.5% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Mount Pleasant rose by $97,500 while total sales decreased by 50.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were 129 homes sold, with a median sale price of $550,000 - a 21.5% increase over the $452,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 261 homes sold in Mount Pleasant in July 2020.

The median sales tax in Mount Pleasant for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,817, approximately 0.3% of the median home sale price for July 2021.
