McClellanville median home prices fell by 40.5% in July 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in McClellanville fell by $197,000 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $290,000 - a 40.5% decrease over the $487,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in McClellanville in July 2020.

The median sales tax in McClellanville for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $980, approximately 0.3% of the median home sale price for July 2021.
