Rising home prices in North Charleston in July 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in North Charleston rose by $38,000 while total sales decreased by 57.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were 56 homes sold, with a median sale price of $230,000 - a 19.8% increase over the $192,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 133 homes sold in North Charleston in July 2020.

The median sales tax in North Charleston for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $821, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for July 2021.
