Laurel Park median home prices rose by 22.1% in the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Laurel Park rose by $78,000 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $431,250 - a 22.1% increase over the $353,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Laurel Park in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Laurel Park for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,656, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
