Home prices increased in Chesterfield during the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Chesterfield rose by $110,750 while total sales increased by 250%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $410,000 - a 37% increase over the $299,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Chesterfield in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Chesterfield for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,584, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
