Median home prices in Ladson rose to $198,000 in the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Ladson rose by $43,500 while total sales increased by 2.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 37 homes sold, with a median sale price of $198,000 - a 28.2% increase over the $154,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in Ladson in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Ladson for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $595, approximately 0.3% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
