What happened to the median home price in Wildwood during the first half of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Wildwood fell by $4,750 while total sales increased by 200%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $96,500 - a 4.7% decrease over the $101,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Wildwood in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Wildwood for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $861, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
