Median home prices in Folly Beach rose to $650,000 in the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Folly Beach rose by $25,000 while total sales increased by 24%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $650,000 - a 4% increase over the $625,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Folly Beach in the second quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Folly Beach for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,829, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
