The second quarter of 2021: North Pine Point experienced a 55.3% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in North Pine Point rose by $137,500 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $386,000 - a 55.3% increase over the $248,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in North Pine Point in the second quarter of 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in North Pine Point for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,305, approximately 0.3% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
