Pricing for the median home in Plantation Estates increased during the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Plantation Estates rose by $192,125 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $310,000 - a 163% increase over the $117,875 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Plantation Estates in the second quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Plantation Estates for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,018, approximately 0.3% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
