How did home prices perform in Adams Run during the second quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Adams Run rose by $6,000 while total sales remained unchanged with nine homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $276,000 - a 2.2% increase over the $270,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Adams Run in the second quarter of 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Adams Run for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $885, approximately 0.3% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
