The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Kiawah Island fell by $30,000 while total sales decreased by 34.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $670,000 - a 4.3% decrease over the $700,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Kiawah Island in June 2020.
