Rising home prices in Mount Pleasant in June 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Mount Pleasant rose by $130,000 while total sales decreased by 8.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were 188 homes sold, with a median sale price of $545,000 - a 31.3% increase over the $415,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 206 homes sold in Mount Pleasant in June 2020.

The median sales tax in Mount Pleasant for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,817, approximately 0.3% of the median home sale price for June 2021.
