Home prices increased in Hollywood during June 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Hollywood rose by $250,000 while total sales decreased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $475,000 - a 111.1% increase over the $225,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Hollywood in June 2020.

The median sales tax in Hollywood for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,344, approximately 0.3% of the median home sale price for June 2021.
