Isle of Palms home prices rise in October 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2020 in Isle of Palms rose by $222,000 while total sales increased by 190.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2020, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $825,000 - a 36.8% increase over the $603,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Isle of Palms in October 2019.
