Plantation Estates home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Plantation Estates rose by $61,000 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $290,000 - a 26.6% increase over the $229,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were five homes sold in Plantation Estates in 2018, as well.

The median sales tax in Plantation Estates for 2019 was $1,018. In 2018, the median sales tax was $964. This marks an increase of 5.5%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 0.4%.
