Green Acres home prices fall in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Green Acres fell by $125,000 while total sales decreased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $240,000 - a 34.2% decrease over the $365,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Green Acres in 2018.

The median sales tax in Green Acres for 2019 was $1,691. In 2018, the median sales tax was $1,587. This marks an increase of 6.5%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 0.7%.
