Long Branch Estates home prices fall in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Long Branch Estates fell by $27,500 while total sales increased by 128.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $237,500 - a 10.4% decrease over the $265,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Long Branch Estates in 2018.

The median sales tax in Long Branch Estates for 2019 was $1,144. In 2018, the median sales tax was $1,103. This marks an increase of 3.7%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 0.5%.
