Melrose home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Melrose rose by $2,550 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $217,500 - a 1.2% increase over the $214,950 median sale price for the previous year. There were six homes sold in Melrose in 2018.
