Ashley Forest home prices fall in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Ashley Forest fell by $67,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $377,500 - a 15.2% decrease over the $445,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Ashley Forest in the second half of 2018.
